About the Role

Dynamic Heating and Cooling—Hamilton’s fastest-growing family-owned HVAC company—is looking for an experienced and motivated Residential / Commercial Boiler Installer to join our expanding team.

Competitive Compensation

Base Pay: $29–$38/hour (depending on experience)

Commissions:

On equipment replacement sales from qualified referrals
On residential and commercial maintenance package sales

Key Responsibilities

Install, commission, and service new HVAC and hydronic heating systems
Install boilers, pumps, expansion tanks, controls, and piping systems
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
Braze, solder, and connect gas, refrigerant, and hydronic lines
Conduct start-ups and safety tests for new installations
Ensure full compliance with codes, permits, and manufacturer specifications
Collaborate with project managers, apprentices, and other trades

Qualifications

Valid G2 Gas License with at least 5 years of boiler installation and service experience
Boiler Technician (BT1 or BT2) certification preferred
ODP Certification for refrigerant systems
Valid Class G Driver’s License with a clean record
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics
Skilled in hydronic piping, pumps, expansion tanks, and controls
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working at heights or in confined spaces
Willing to participate in an on-call rotation as required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient with mobile dispatching systems (updating job notes, uploading photos, etc.)
