With over 15 years of experience in the field, including a tenure at one of the largest commercial HVAC companies in the area, Black and MacDonald, Shawn brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.
Since officially launching in early 2019, we’ve grown rapidly, and today our team is led by Shawn, who manages a team of skilled technicians and handles sales and quoting. We also have Sara Tigau who manages the office, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Our family-run approach extends beyond just Shawn and Sara, as we have members of our team like Shawn’s mother who works in the office, and his dad who works in the warehouse. Zeus, the 7-year-old dog is also a regular presence in the office and has become something of a mascot for Dynamic Heating and Cooling. He is well-known and loved by our customers and suppliers.

Giving Back to Our Community
We believe in giving back to our community and making a positive impact on the world around us. That’s why, every month, we donate a portion of the money we receive from scrap metal recycling to animal charities that focus on caring for pets.
We are proud to support the Hamilton Animal Rescue Center by purchasing cat and dog beds for their furry residents, and we have also donated to Ugly Mutts Dog Rescue, an organization that rescues dogs from around the world. We hope that our efforts will make a difference in the lives of these animals and inspire others to do the same.
