Why is regular maintenance important?

Regular maintenance is crucial because it keeps your HVAC system running smoothly, and prevents excessive wear and tear and reduces energy costs, saving you money in the long run.

What happens if I cancel before the 12 months?

Your Dynamic Heating and Cooling membership with non-refundable fees for mid-term cancellations. Should you wish to cancel, please contact Dynamic Heating and Cooling within 30 days of your annual renewal date. Monthly memberships are still responsible for the remainder of the 12-month term for cancellation.

How can I make my payments?

Monthly payments can be made by pre-authorized VISA and Mastercard. Annual payments can be made via cheque, e-transfer or credit card at a discounted rate.

Does my membership automatically renew?

Our memberships are designed to save you time and hassles. That's why our membership automatically renews on its anniversary date, unless either party provides notice within 30 days of the renewal.

Can I schedule my services right away?

Dynamic Heating and Cooling is proud to have a growing community of valued members. We are happy to assist in scheduling your maintenance appointment, but feel free to reach out to us at any time!

Warranties

To be eligible for the 10-Year Labour Warranty included with all Dynamic Heating and Cooling installations, customers must maintain an active membership in a Dynamic Member Club maintenance package for the full duration of the warranty period. Ongoing professional maintenance is a requirement to ensure the safety, efficiency, and longevity of your system. Please note that failure to remain enrolled in a maintenance plan with Dynamic may result in the labour being void. For complete warranty terms and conditions, please contact our team. 

Terms & Conditions

By signing up for the Dynamic Member Club, you agree to receive priority service, exclusive discounts, and scheduled maintenance as outlined in your selected plan. Membership fees are billed annually or monthly, are non-refundable, and must be kept current to maintain benefits. Services are subject to availability, and discounts apply only to work performed by Dynamic Heating and Cooling. Memberships auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date, and no refunds are issued for unused portions. Dynamic Heating and Cooling is not responsible for pre-existing system conditions or failures unrelated to provided maintenance. Terms, benefits, and pricing are subject to change, with notice provided to members.
