To be eligible for the 10-Year Labour Warranty included with all Dynamic Heating and Cooling installations, customers must maintain an active membership in a Dynamic Member Club maintenance package for the full duration of the warranty period. Ongoing professional maintenance is a requirement to ensure the safety, efficiency, and longevity of your system. Dynamic Member Club Terms & ConditionsBy signing up for the Dynamic Member Club, you agree to receive priority service, exclusive discounts, and scheduled maintenance as outlined in your selected plan. Membership fees are billed annually or monthly, are non-refundable, and must be kept current to maintain benefits. Services are subject to availability, and discounts apply only to work performed by Dynamic Heating and Cooling. Memberships auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date, and no refunds are issued for unused portions. Dynamic Heating and Cooling is not responsible for pre-existing system conditions or failures unrelated to provided maintenance.
