Dynamic Heating & Cooling was quick to assist, and the same-day service by Khurram was professional and thorough. He also provided helpful tips on maintaining our AC. However, obtaining an invoice as confirmation of payment was a major problem. Months after the service, I received an email from Dynamic H &C with a letter attached from a law firm threatening legal action, claiming Dynamic Heating & Cooling had been trying to reach me for over 90 days regarding an outstanding invoice - despite the fact that I paid on the day of service. I replied immediately and received an automated message apologizing and confirming that my payment had, in fact, been received. It apparently took them over 90 days to register this. Because of this clear lack of competence in their financial department, I will not use Dynamic Heating & Cooling again, nor will I recommend them.Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dynamic did a great job replacing our furnace and ac unit. The consultant was fantastic and worked with us to find the system that worked for us. The installers were also amazing; they were courteous, professional, and they did a superb job. The installed machine looks great and all the lines and piping is routed and anchored securely out of the way; its 100x better than the installation of the original equipment and you can tell that these guys take pride in their work.Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolutely earned their five star rating and I am only too happy to add to it. When you are always cold even when the furnace does work, you are vulnerable when it quits unexpectedly. This company provides timely professional service, made no attempt to unnecessarily upsell, all at a price point I was happy with.
