Great knowing our unit is is good working order for the winter ahead. Update: This morning Neil came to do our AC spring preparation. Very knowledgeable and friendly service and tool time to really clean our 11 year old unit. Looks like new. He also reset our furnace fan speed as it was too high. I honestly don’t understand the high reviews for this company. This company has ghosted me 3 times now, and this is while I’m inquiring buying a product from them. If this is how horrible the customer service is when I’m looking to buy a product how much worse would it be for service after? I’m going to drop a timeline here too. Last year I found out my AC is on its last breath, it was able to be used for last summer but it may not go much longer, hearing all the good things about dynamic I gave them a call they said “we will get you a call back from a technician in about 2 hours.” 4 days later and no call back, so I called back, and then I got a call from Bob. It took them 4 days the first time. Now I start my conversation with Bob, he came to my home around August 28th for a quote, I follow up on the 31st just to make sure I hadn’t missed an email from him, on September 1st he sends me the quote, and then ghosts me when I ask “should I change the AC this year or wait till spring of next year?”. Okay w.e no issue. Now we come to this year, my AC has completely stopped working, nothing is running on it, so I message Bob and call dynamic as well. I messaged him on Tuesday (he also read it on Tuesday, yay read receipts), and when I called dynamic (they were the first company I called) they said I’d get a call back from Bob specifically because I spoke to him last year, it’s not Friday and I haven’t heard a single thing back from them. Now here’s the other thing, I also called 5 OTHER companies, I called Spurr heating and air conditioning, Adams air, Morgan metals and HVAC, Shipton and just for some spice Reliance. Every single one of these companies called me back the same day, some within the same hour. Every single one of these other companies also came to my home to check (except shipton we had an over the phone conversation) to check my AC and then gave me a quote. Since Tuesday to today all other 5 companies have called me back, have given me quotes and have been generally very helpful and here’s dynamic, straggling. Honestly I can’t imagine your service for after install if your service is this poor while I’m urgently trying to replace my air conditioner. I’m going to go with Spurr because honestly they actually showed care for their customer. Let me know if you need the receipts of me calling you and Bob ignoring my message. Edit/ update: Shawn the owner of Dynamic heating and cooling called me a couple days after my review taking accountability for the issue and wanting to make it right. By that point I had unfortunately already gone ahead with another company for my A.C so I wasn’t able to get that through them, but he offered me a free checkup/ maintenance on my heater. I said sure as I was worried about that breaking as well and figured this will help me with that problem. He sent Neil out to come take a look at my furnace, Neil was great, worked quick, brought a new filter, and was friendly. I’m updating my review because of the fact that Shawn clearly cares about his customer base and did try to rectify the issue. Had a problem with the furnace and Barrett came by and figured out my situation quickly. I decided to replace as it was an older unit. Within 2 days Chris and Curtis arrived with a new furnace. I work in the trades and I was impressed with their skill and professionalism. Four hours later they fired up the new furnace it was a flawless experience. Good service and a new installation at a fair price, I couldn't ask for a better outcome.
