My AC unit quit working during the heatwave in August. Called Dynamic and repair technician showed up in the time frame promised. He was highly professional and clearly knowledgeable and serviced the unit.

Excellent service.Company is honest and available.Pricing is competitive.They include additional services with install that are included in the purchase price, such as a follow-up inspection by a different tech to review the install and test the unit.Bought an AC unit last summer and very happy with price and service. Just had a tech visit to inspect everything prior to the new cooling season - free of charge!
Very impressed with Bob Heppenstall's efficiency..i had spoken to restoration company about getting inspection on my hot water heater..insurance company had already deemed my furnace needed to be replaced...he call and visited my home thr very next day. The following morning i was told install of furnace and hot water tank on Friday! Amazing service!!! They arrived Friday morning on schedule and installed in no time. I especially like that they are partnered with local school and a high school student was with Garrett as an apprentice. Paying it forward with a new generation is fantastic. Great community business.
I've been a customer for the past two years. They've always been prompt and responsive. Their customer service is top notch. I've also had some off-hours emergencies so thank God for their 24 hours service. Bob and team recently installed a furnace within a days' notice and did a fantastic job. They've definitely won my loyalty.
We had a fantastic experience working with Dynamic Heating & Cooling when our 10 year old furnace needed replacing due to a broken part that caused a scary carbon monoxide leak! Dynamic was the fastest to schedule a service call within a few hours, and we had answers and a game plan within 24 hours. Matt was great to work with, he listened to our priorities, and expedited the job due to the urgency during two very cold days while we had to displace our family. He worked hard to get us the best price possible and took care of everything in between.The installation technicians, Gareth and Lee, were professional, knowledgeable, and tidy while completing the job in a timely manner. They successfully got us up and running within a few hours.We are so grateful to the team at Dynamic for prioritizing our need for heat during some of the coldest winter days, especially after a stressful carbon monoxide event in our home!

I just wanted to share this story as I had multiple companies come into my unit (utopia in Beamsville) over the span of a year and a half and for the past two months nobody could figure out what my issue was. I literally had no working furnace for two summers and now all winter long, And it was a cold couple months. Dal (from Dynamic heating and cooling) came one time assessed it and figured out what the issue was. When he returned the second time he was so amazing and knowledgeable… his professionalism and dedication to solving my issue was very much appreciated. Thank you so much for your help Dal. Our furnace unfortunately happened to break down in the middle of the coldest night. This was a bad situation made a little better by how quickly Dynamic Heating was able to find a new affordable Goodman unit and expedite the installation. We were back with heat in no time. They're constantly over fixing the building boiler system. While annoying for residents and myself it is not DH&C's fault. The building is old. Good group of people they are.
Fantastic working with Shawn and the installation team (Gareth and Lee) at Dynamic again with a new ductless 3-room MiniSplit heat pump (provides cooling and heating) installation in my Hamilton house. I had worked with Dynamic before on another 2-room heat pump in another part of the house, and this project was to complete the full house to achieve temperature control in all rooms.I am a picky customer and Shawn very patiently took the time dealing with questions, and helping me navigate the grants and loans available and making sure I was happy with the unit placement. Pricing was also very fair.Gareth and Lee who did the installation took extra initiative and thought to help further make the unit look better (by running through the attic) so there weren't lines running on the front of the house. I greatly appreciate the help here as it's a century red brick home and I really wanted to avoid white lines on the front of the house, which they achieved. They also came back to make sure one of the indoor units was perfectly level in one of the rooms that has a sloped ceiling.Above and beyond service and experience. Thanks again Dynamic team - highly recommend and look forward to working together again in future.
We had a furnace that needed to be replaced in a rental unit, of course it was coldest day so far this year. We had 2 quotes, Dynamic was $1000 less. They promised to do it Monday morning. The tenants called to tell me that Dynamic had been in touch with them and said they would do it a day early, Sunday morning! No extra cost! Our tenants are warm and happy! Brooke was wonderful guiding us through the process! Thanks Dynamic!

Kyle was incredibly helpful and timely in providing information about my furnace. I had unfortunately gotten caught up in one of Reliance’s scams, but Kyle guided me through the entire process, making everything so much easier. His knowledge and support were invaluable, and I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need!
