Competitive Compensation

Base Pay: $60,000 – $100,000/year

Job Description:

Dynamic Heating and Cooling is looking for an experienced Home Comfort Advisor to join our team and grow with our company! This job is perfect for the individual who possesses the skills and knowledge to sell home comfort products by appointment within the residential market. With an abundance of clients and opportunities, and a leadership team that works closely together in the implementation of any new ideas, you have the opportunity to grow your own department as our company expands!

This is a 100% commission role. Compensation is completely based on performance.

What Will You Do?

Conduct in-home HVAC sales consultations with potential clients, assess their needs and recommend appropriate home solutions such as: heating and cooling equipment, humidifiers, uv lights and other accessories
Conduct follow up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate a referral base
Generate Positive google reviews from your sales interactions with our clients and maintain a positive relationship with clients from start to the completion of the job
Enroll customers into our membership plans
Attaining sales goals at or above quota revenues with a close rate of at least 40-70%
Ride along with the installers & provide your customers with a great experience from start to finish
Update and work on our CRM platforms: Jobber, Monday.com
Be an active member of our team, provide input and ideas to improve lead generation & sales opportunities
Follow up on leads from 3 different Costco stores from the Hamilton area

Proud in the work that you do, committed to providing your clients with an exceptional experience from start to finish and build long lasting relationships
Possess a positive and professional presence, exceptional verbal/written communication skills.
Possess great computer skills and have the ability to learn new systems quickly
Ideally possesses at least 3 years experience with a proven track record of successful sales experience within the business to consumer (B2C) market in residential HVAC sales
Must be able to work a flexible work schedule that regularly includes evening and weekend appointments (when the customers want to meet us)
Must have reliable transportation
Fluent in English (Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, or Gujarati is a strong asset)
